Who we are
MAHA Wellness Network is a digital wellness brand network owned and operated by DV Sales & Marketing LLC, a private limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We curate, produce, and distribute consumer wellness content and product information across email, SMS, and web channels to subscribers who have opted in to receive our communications.
The acronym MAHA stands for Modern Approach to Health & Adaptation — our internal framework for building wellness brands grounded in practical daily habits rather than restrictive protocols. The name and the framework are entirely our own creation.
What we do
We operate as a parent brand for a small portfolio of consumer wellness products and content properties in the United States market. Our work involves:
- Producing and distributing educational wellness content focused on everyday habits, nutrition awareness, sleep, movement, and stress management
- Promoting third-party consumer wellness products through clearly disclosed affiliate and direct relationships
- Managing opt-in subscriber lists across email and SMS channels in compliance with applicable U.S. regulations including CTIA guidelines, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the CAN-SPAM Act
- Operating direct-response marketing campaigns on behalf of the brands within our network
We do not manufacture, ship, or fulfill any physical product directly. Where products are featured in our communications, the manufacturer or seller is clearly identified, and orders are processed by those merchants through their own systems.
Our standards
Consent first, always
Every phone number and email address on our subscriber lists comes from a direct opt-in. We do not purchase, rent, or scrape contact lists. Subscribers can opt out at any time using simple keyword commands (STOP for SMS, unsubscribe links for email) or through our Opt-Out page.
Transparent disclosure
Promotional messages are clearly identified as such. When we earn a commission from a product we feature, that relationship is disclosed in line with FTC guidance. Educational content is separated from commercial offers and labeled accordingly.
Reasonable cadence
We aim for a sending pattern that is informative without being intrusive. Subscribers can request reduced frequency or pause communications at any time by replying with the keywords HELP or PAUSE, or by contacting our support team directly.
Plain-language compliance
Our terms, privacy policy, and opt-out instructions are written to be readable. We avoid legalese where possible and provide a clear contact path for any privacy or consent question a subscriber may have.
